Autumn Gardens is a purpose built care home located in Southgate.
We have 85 light and airy rooms, all with en-suite facilities, and the majority with en-suite wet rooms. Each bedroom has good quality furniture, including a bed (profile bed where appropriate), wardrobes, chest of drawers, arm chair and easy chair. Every bedroom also has the ability to have a telephone line and access to satellite television (including Greek satellite television).
We take pride in our beautiful garden, with its protected walkway for our residents to take a stroll in the summer. We also have a raised vegetable patch for our residents to enjoy growing vegetables.
Autumn Gardens has five lounges to cater for the residents’ different needs.
Autumn Gardens has been built with adaptations to meet the needs of our residents such as specially adapted baths, specially adapted showers and wet rooms, a nurse call system, lifts and wheelchair accessibility. We also have specialist equipment in accordance with the needs of our residents, such as wheelchairs, walking frames, hoists, sliding sheets and floor and bed sensors.
