It has never been easier to start a career in adult social care. Jobseekers, volunteers, and school leavers can all make a difference and find a rewarding career path within the sector. With no experience required, our team offer in-house training, including infection prevention controls and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

This September, Autumn Gardens and Anastasia Lodge residents successfully completed a virtual 4km walk, in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society, between their Care Homes located in Winchmore Hill and Southgate.

The social care workforce is one of the largest in the UK employing 2 million people. In Professional Care Workers Week, the opportunity is taken to bring the sector together and to appreciate the outstanding efforts of care workers.

This September residents at Autumn Gardens and Anastasia Lodge Care Homes for older people hope to raise over £1,000 in support for Alzheimer’s Society by completing a virtual 4km walk between their homes located in Winchmore Hill and Southgate. Staff at the homes will monitor the number of steps taken by residents as they complete laps of the gardens.
