As individuals gracefully age, the importance of staying active becomes increasingly evident to them. Engaging in hobbies, meeting friends, and maintaining a vibrant social life contribute significantly to their overall well-being.

We are thrilled to announce the relaunch of our Come Together Memory Club on Wednesday, 8 January 2025, continuing on the first Wednesday of every month from 1 pm to 3 pm at Autumn Gardens Care Home in Southgate.

On Saturday, September 21, 2024, the local community came together in support of World Alzheimer’s Day, participating in a 4km “From Home to Home” walk. The route began at Anastasia Lodge care home in Winchmore Hill, passed through the scenic Grovelands Park and along Southgate High Street, and concluded at Autumn Gardens care home in Southgate.

Join us this October for a 4km stroll between our care homes in Winchmore Hill and Southgate, starting at 1.30pm on Saturday 7 October 2023, from Anastasia Lodge.

Thank you to everyone that has supported our homes, residents and staff over the last year. It is a fabulous achievement to be recongised as delivering award winning care in 2021!
