As a Care Assistant at our home, you will be welcomed by our friendly team and will assist our residents with daily needs, providing support, personal care and companionship, ensuring they receive the quality of care they deserve.
As a Care Assistant your role is varied, you could be doing anything from assisting residents with their food and drink to enjoying meaningful activities with them, following their care plans to make sure their individual needs are met. It’s a great opportunity for you to learn new skills, share your experiences with others and discover the rewards of working in the social care sector.
Our homes have been established for over 30 years and our friendly staff are on hand to help guide you in this new role. No experience of working in care is required – all we ask is that you are a caring person with a can-do attitude and great communication skills. We will provide you with all the training you need to succeed so that you too can benefit from the rewards of working in social care.
Our busy care homes in Southgate and Winchmore Hill require additional seasonal support during the summer months. Our work patterns are flexible and can include full and part-time work.
